ISH was created from a shared vision of the founders, that we can build a strong portfolio of founder-run SaaS companies by investing early and supporting the existing team. ISH combines specialists from private equity and experienced SaaS entrepreneurs, all with multiple successful exits behind them.

Michael is an experienced technology entrepreneur with numerous start-ups, investments, exits and acquisitions to his name. Most recently, Michael Chaired webexpenses through a period of global expansion resulting in a sale to ASX-listed ELMO Software in Sydney.
Adam has worked in the software industry for over 20 years, from scaling small businesses to leadership roles in FTSE100 & ASX Listed businesses. Adam’s role is to work closely with the business leaders in the ISH portfolio companies and help support their ongoing growth.
Matthias started his career as an engineer at ExxonMobil and moved into private equity after his MBA. Following 12 years in the private equity sector with a focus on software and IT, Matthias founded Strada Partners which supports Invincible Software Holdings.
Bart is an engineer by training, who started his career at Bain & Company as a strategy consultant. He has over 12 years of experience as private equity investor in mid- to large-size companies across Europe at Bain Capital and Core Equity Holdings, where he was a Managing Director.
He gained a solid foundation in corporate finance, valuations and due diligence during his time at PwC Belgium. Later, he worked in the corporate development function of Cargill and Kraken Digital Currency Exchange, where he advised on a wide range of M&A transactions and investments.
Liam is a finance professional with expertise in SaaS, private equity and digital transformation. Skilled at delivering actionable insights, optimising reporting, automation and strategic planning, Liam strives to deliver financial insights to drive growth, compliance and efficiency.
Arkaitz is a seasoned technology leader and software engineer with over two decades of experience driving product development and innovation. He provides strategic guidance and technical oversight across the company’s diverse portfolio, where he leads engineering teams and shapes technical strategy to build scalable, high-impact software solutions.
With 15 years of design experience and nearly a decade as a design and product leader, Joris enhances product and design quality across our portfolio companies. Equipped with expertise in B2B SaaS and B2C eCommerce, he empowers teams to create solutions that are both visually appealing and highly effective.
Aqib brings a wealth of experience in the technical area and can help scale the business through the injection of his specialist expertise helping transition from private infrastructure, embedding security practices & architecting major development.
Mandy has worked in the HR SaaS industry for almost 25 years. With deep experience in both SME and enterprise software, Mandy has successfully scaled HR technology and consulting teams to point of acquisition and exit. Bringing this depth of strategic leadership experience to ISH, she now leads the HR track.
Ryan has spent the last decade working in the SaaS space, launching and scaling businesses across Australia, North America and Europe. With a strong track record of taking start-ups through to growth and maturity, he now leads the AMS track, guiding growth and direction.
Andrea brings a variety of expertise and experience in People Operations to the ISH team. Having built a career working with SaaS organisations, her multi-lingual approach enables her to lead on the People, Financial & Legislative elements across the organisation.
Oliver leans on vast experience in the SaaS industry with a strong focus on Sales and Customer Retention. Armed with strategic insights and a passion for cultivating strong Partner relationships and Customer Success, in his role Oliver is dedicated to fostering Commercial growth across the ISH group.
Joe has a depth of experience in the Software industry. Starting out in quality assurance, he progressed into product management and subsequently delivering major cross functional projects. Combining a wealth of knowledge and expertise across a number of areas, Joe ensures operational dynamism is achieved to help scale the group.
Sarah has worked with development teams her whole career and now specialises in Quality Assurance. Experienced in SaaS, her attention to detail and with users in mind, she ensures the delivery of high quality, secure and intuitive applications.
Rikki brings over 25 years of development experience, delivering high quality work practices, knowledge & a varied skillset. Rikki can organise development functions or lead on major projects.
Liam is a Senior Developer who can work on projects or organise teams, he has extensive experience in the SaaS domain and expertise across development, automation & deployment.
Polly embarked on a career in SaaS, before moving to the charity sector, where she applied her sales skillset to fundraising. Now having come full circle, Polly is dedicated to helping people, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Joe comes to ISH from a sales and recruitment background, with a proven record of helping businesses build high-performing teams. Calling on this experience, Joe is passionate about helping current portfolio companies to scale up and increase their impact.
Charlotte comes to ISH from an insolvency and restructuring background, with a strong track record in supporting businesses and individuals through complex financial and operational challenges. Drawing on this experience, Charlotte is passionate about helping portfolio companies build resilience, navigate growth, and maximise their long-term impact.
Owen joins ISH as a Management Trainee, having recently graduated with a 2:1 Honours degree in Business. With a strong academic foundation in finance and management, he brings a commercial mindset, a strong analytical approach and a desire to understand how high-performing businesses are built. Owen is passionate about developing practical management skills, while supporting portfolio companies through their growth journey.
